Who runs this site
hireritesh.com is the personal website of Ritesh Singh, a freelance full-stack developer based in Mohali, Punjab, India. For any privacy question, email hello@hireritesh.com.
What we collect when you visit
Each time a page loads, our own analytics (running on Cloudflare) records: the page you viewed and its title, the website you came from, the time you spent on the page and how far you scrolled, your device type, operating system and browser, screen size, language and time zone, your IP address, and the approximate country, region, city and network provider derived from that IP address. A random visitor ID is stored in your browser so repeat visits can be grouped together. We do not try to identify you personally from this data.
Google Analytics
We also use Google Analytics to understand overall traffic. Google may set cookies and process data as described in Google's own privacy policy. You can opt out with Google's browser add-on.
Project brief form
If you send us a project brief, the details you enter (name, email or WhatsApp, project needs, budget, timeline and message) are delivered to our inbox through FormSubmit and used only to reply to you about your project.
Why we use this data
To see which pages are useful, where visitors come from, whether the site works well on phones and computers, and to protect the site from abuse. We never sell your data or use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Visit records, including IP addresses, are deleted automatically after 90 days. Project briefs are kept as normal business email for as long as needed to discuss and deliver your project.
Your choices and rights
You can block cookies and local storage in your browser, use a content blocker, or email hello@hireritesh.com to ask what data we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted. Visitors in India have rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and visitors in the EU/UK under the GDPR.

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
